1.Consignment of declaration

The shipper shall declare of following column content on Pioneer official website, including but not limited for the full name or name of the consignee company, shipment description, quality, function, quantity, weight, volume and place of collection. If the declaration is inaccurate or omit important information to cause the loss of Pioneer, the shipper shall compensate for the loss. The Pioneer shall not to liable for any damage or penalty from caused by consignor's shipments or responsibility.

2. Packing of goods

If the shipper allows the contractor of Pioneer or the customs to open the carton / box for inspection, it should be indicated into agreed column on the shipping instruction(SI), otherwise it is not be allowed the forwarder or Customs to open the box of cargo for inspection, if shipment content has contraband, flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful goods and caused by detained situation of logistics vehicle/truck, consignor should pay CNY800 for compensation each day.

3. Compensation for damages

If the consignor does not apply for value-insured transportation, when the goods has damaged or lost in transit (including stolen, robbed or cheated), according to the Convention of International Transport Association, the price of air cargo compensation will be CNY20 per kgs, and ocean shipment of compensation will be following of shipping liner ‘s regulation, while the truck compensation will be made by twice freight rate. Also valuation transportation should be declared value in which high compensation part but higher than the actual value will not to compensation, partially damaged of consignor should provide to   an institution for evaluating qualification of goods and issued by a damaged evaluation report. Pioneer will not compensate for consequential damages in any case. Pioneer shall not compensate to consignor, if the packing is defective and intact outside box but inner parts are short or quality deteriorated when delivered by consignor, Pioneer will not to compensate for below circumstances.

4. Shipment loading and discharge

If Pioneer collects shipment or delivers the goods at the door, loading and unloading responsibility loading and unloading should move by consignor and the consignee. Even if the Pioneer’s trucker assists to load and unload, person and property damages shall have to unrelated with the Pioneer group.

5. Time of transportation

From the date of consignment correction or delivery, it’s according to flight plan of each airline and the shipping liner’s vessel schedule. In case to come up for nature disaster or non-nature force…etc., customer service of Pioneer will try our ever efforts to closely monitor, and keep communication with consignor.

The shipment disputes of this agreement should be settled in the local court where the carrier is registered.

Effectiveness of agreement

This agreement will be effected when the customer clicks the "Submit" button. If any provision of agreement is conflict to be invalid by any reason, the validity of the other provisions reason of agreement shall not be affected.
